How it works…

Generally, we’ll need to diagnose what needs doing. Apart from the most obvious of problems (such as a busted motor), most problems are likely to be electronic or software related. They’re harder to spot.

So, we charge an up-front fee to diagnose/identify the problem. 

If we can identify the problem, and you decide to have it fixed by us, we’ll credit the diagnosis fee towards your repair fees.
