Terms and Conditions


Our warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on our website. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
In the event of a defective product, our course of action will proceed as follows:

  1. We will first endeavour to repair the product, following the specifications and guidance provided by the manufacturer or importer.
  2. If repair is not feasible, we will then consider replacing parts or the entire product as necessary, following the specifications and guidance provided by the manufacturer or importer.
  3. Should options a) and b) prove unsuccessful, we will proceed with issuing a credit or refund for the defective product.

MantisFPV bears no responsibility for any subsequent losses beyond this point. Our warranty is contingent upon our determination that a defect was neither caused nor significantly influenced by factors outside our control, including (but not limited to):

  1. improper installation, maintenance, or repair;
  2. unauthorised alterations or modifications to the product;
  3. or instances of neglect, misuse, or excessive use.

To lodge a claim under warranty, lodge a support ticket online. We will make an assessment of your warranty claim. Once approved, we will issue the customer with a Return Authority (RA) and the associated instructions.

Freight charges related to warranty items

Freight charges to and from the service department are required to be paid by the customer.


We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in a re-sellable condition. However, please note that certain items, such as used goggles, remotes, assembled frames, soldered electronic boards (such as for ESCs and flight controllers), or cut motor wires, are not eligible for returns.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wearable items such as FPV goggles, FPV goggle straps, remote controllers, once they have been opened and used, unless they are faulty or defective and covered under warranty.


The prices throughout this site include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). However, factors beyond our control (such as changes in foreign currency exchange rates, changes in base material costs, etc.) may vary costs. We reserve the right to amend prices accordingly.

Recovery of monies owed

In the event that MantisFPV needs to recover monies owed then all costs of recovering this money will be worn by the debtor, plus any additional recovery costs.

Product obsolecence and validity

Due to the rapid developments within the FPV industry, some products on this website may become obsolete or discontinued. MantisFPV is not responsible of informing the current state of obsolescence or validity of any products. It is up to the discretion of the customer to determine if the product suits their needs.

International orders

Please remember you may have to pay customs and importing charges at your end (if applicable). We cannot supply full customs documentation, but all parcels include required custom dockets. Should you require to return goods for any reason from outside Australia it is essential that customs documentation is included. If customs dockets are not included it can be a costly exercise to have the goods cleared by Customs and the customer must pay this charge. Failure to include customs documentation may result in long delays. Note: MantisFPV cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the suitability of any product for use outside Australia, nor its compliance with local regulations.

Anti Fraud Precautions

We reserve the right to take additional precautions for any online transaction we deem suspicious. We will contact you to verify your identity and legitimacy of your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in full if we are not able to reasonably ascertain the legitimacy of your order.

Missing or damaged goods

Risk on the goods is passed to you when the goods leave our warehouse. All claims for missing and damaged goods in transit must be lodged with the carrier or local post office.


Order acceptance policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MantisFPV reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to cancel your order in full, or part of your order, for any reason. Reasons for cancelling include but are not limited to an error in the price or the product description posted, product availability or if your order has breached our terms and conditions. If your order has been cancelled we will contact you within a reasonable time frame.

Legal jurisdiction

MantisFPV operates under the laws and regulations of the State of New South Wales. Therefore any legal disputes will be conducted in courts or tribunals situated in New South Wales and under the laws and regulations of New South Wales.


All possible care has been taken in the preparation of this website. However, specification and particulars in relation to the products referred to in our website are subject to change without prior notice. Some photographs contain samples which are representative only. Stocked item may vary in colour and look. MantisFPV will not be held liable for any errors or omissions.
