Your loyalty should be rewarded. Here are ways how you can earn loyalty points toward your account for doing business with us.
If you don’t have an account with us, create one. It’s free. For our existing customers, check out your points balance.
Earn points on every purchase*
On every purchase*, you earn points that goes towards a future purchase. Simply add to your cart, to discover the potential points you’ll earn.
* certain products do not earn points.
Earn 300 points for product reviews
Leave an honest review on the products you’ve purchased, to earn 300 points. We encourage you to leave reviews that expand on your experience (good or bad!) that is helpful to others. Please refrain from reviews such as “it was good” or “it sucked.” Please expand, to make it helpful to others. Of course, you must already have purchased the product yourself.
Earn 600 points for a Facebook review
Earn 1000 points for a Google review
Leave an honest Google review to earn 1000 points, good or bad. However, we encourage you to leave helpful and expanded reviews about your experience with us. Please refrain from reviews such as “it was good” or “it sucked”. Please expand to make it helpful to others. No, you can’t simply continually leave Google reviews. That’s just spam.
Redeem points
You simply use your accrued points towards your next purchase. See below as an example, at your cart page:
Caveat
If you’ve had a poor experience with us, we would prefer if you gave us your honest feedback first. Give us a chance to improve or fix your experience.
If you continue to purchase from us (within a 2-year period), no points shall ever expire.
We retain the right to exclude any reviews on our website that is not helpful to others, or do not meet our quality standards. Rewarding points for reviews at Google or Facebook is also at our discretion. Again, we encourage reviews to be expanded and helpful, good or bad. Point is, be helpful to the great FPV community.
