Featuring 20AWG ultra-low-resistance silicone wire, this is the largest-gauge power lead ever used on a whoop. At only 1 g per cable and 40 mm wire length, it delivers a perfect balance of minimal weight and maximum current flow — ensuring your batteries can perform at their true potential.

Why 20AWG?

The NX69 connector supports power levels typically matched with 16–18AWG class conductors — so pairing it with 22AWG wire creates a bottleneck. By contrast, 20AWG comes much closer to matching the connector’s real-world performance ceiling. It supports high burst current and minimizes voltage drop, while keeping weight manageable in a micro drone setup. Our internal tests confirmed that this wire gauge ensures the plug is the limiting factor — not the wire — which is exactly what you want in a performance-optimised system.

Note:

• This drone uses the NewBeeDrone NX69 battery connector, which is not standard on other 1S drones. It is not compatible with A30 batteries. You must either use NX69-type batteries, or replace the connector with an A30-style connector to use A30 packs.
