Energy is stored in a super farad capacitor rather than drawn straight from a battery, so every weld lands with the same energy and you get consistent results shot after shot. The all metal aluminium housing pulls heat away quickly, which matters when you’re working through a full pack in one sitting. Charging is flexible: AC or DC, fast or slow charge, and it will also run off a battery, so you can top it up between runs and keep working without stopping.

This is the full kit, so it comes with both handle types. The SWP25 is a split handle pair with a foot pedal, which leaves both hands free to hold cells and strip while the pedal fires the weld. The WP30 is a single integrated handle for quick freehand work where you don’t want a pedal underfoot. Both are made from 25mm² ultra soft multi-strand nickel plated copper, so they stay flexible, resist oxidation and carry high current without heating up.

Supplied with Australian plug chargers, so it’s ready to use out of the box with no travel adapter.

Everything is controlled through a 1.8 inch colour LCD with a multi-language menu in English, Chinese and Russian. There are two trigger modes, automatic and manual, plus weld point counting, temperature monitoring, a work light and firmware updates. The aluminium oxide copper welding pins are hard and won’t melt onto the nickel strip mid weld, and the double ended design means you can flip them for a fresh tip instead of replacing them.
