TinyTrainer 3 Inch Race Kit

The Five33 TinyTrainer was first built so Evan “HeadsUp” Turner could practise flying big race quads in a small backyard. This kit has everything but the electronics for a TinyTrainer V2: the frame with its injection-moulded canopy, four DSpec Racing 1404 motors made for this frame, a TinysLEDs lighting kit, the V2 battery tray, two spare arms, three sets of HQ HeadsUp Tiny Props and three GNB 3S HV 530mAh packs at about 38g each. It follows Five33’s TT Spec for TinyTrainer racing: the V2 frame, 1404 motors, HeadsUp Tiny Props and 3S HV packs under the 50g battery limit.

The V2 is easy to fix at the field. Each arm comes off with one steel M3 screw, and loosening two screws unfolds the canopy for full access to the internals. The nano camera mount is built into the canopy, with 5 to 25 degree and 30 to 60 degree positions. The DSpec motors are IP53 dust and water resistant, use Bearing Shield Technology, and come with their motor screws and T-mount prop screws.

To finish the build, add a 16×16 stack or 25mm toothpick AIO, a nano camera, a VTX and a receiver. The packs are HV, so charge them on the LiHV setting (4.35V per cell). Building it yourself?
