SEQURE SQ-SW3 Capacitor Energy Storage Spot Welder SWP25 WP30 AU Plug

The SEQURE SQ-SW3 is a farad capacitor spot welder built for battery pack work. It puts out up to 2500A through low resistance MOSFETs, which is enough to weld nickel plated strip up to 0.5mm, pure nickel up to 0.3mm, and copper sheet up to 0.2mm. If you're building or repairing 18650 packs, li-ion packs or lipo tabs, this does the job properly rather than the weak tacks you get from a cheap kit welder.

The welder handles pure nickel to 0.3mm and nickel-plated strip to 0.5mm, with a foot pedal handle set for two-handed work and a single handle for quick freehand welds. Cells and cell insulation are sold separately. Every item here is a normal stock item on our site.
